Return and Exchange Policy:
Thanks for shopping at Salt Coastal Outfitters!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Simply send it back within 14 days of the date you received it and we will be glad to issue a merchandise credit for the total cost of the item. No refunds are given. We will gladly assist you with a merchandise credit or exchange. There is no restocking fee, however, shipping charges will not be refunded.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. In order to be eligible for a merchandise credit, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the original tags attached.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then notify you of the status of your merchandise credit after your item has been inspected. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a merchandise credit in the full amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our part and the item you received was not what you ordered.
