FAQ

Can I order online and pick up my item(s) in store?

You sure can!  If you are here locally and shopping online with us at 2AM, go ahead and place your order.  We will have it ready for you to pick up at our Orange Beach, AL location asap!

How long will it take to receive my order if I am having it shipped?

All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days if standard shipping is selected. USPS picks up on business days. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date. In some instances, shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. Also, Salt Coastal Outfitters does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  Although we will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your items as soon as possible, we cannot be help responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, post office delays, or any other circumstance outside of our control that could result in a shipping delay.

 

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, this item will not ship out until the date indicated in the pre-order item details.

What if I need my order sooner?

No problema! As long as your item is currently available, you can upgrade your shipping to UPS 2nd Day for an additional fee.  Please keep in mind, any express orders placed after noon (CST) on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be not be processed until Monday, or the next business day if that Monday is a post office holiday.

How can I keep track of my order?  I want the details of my item's exciting journey!

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order is being processed to ship, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by using usps.com to track your order's journey

Eeek! I've already placed my order, but I entered the wrong address!!

Once you receive an email stating that your order is being processed, we are no longer able to make any changes to your order. However, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email,  please call or text 251-215-9454 as soon as possible. Please be prepared to provide the first and last name that was used to place the order as well as your order number and what changes are necessary.

Oh maaaaan.... I received my order and realize I ordered the wrong size/color/flavor!

No worries!  Just send it back to us, and we will be glad to issue a merchandise credit.  Hopefully we will have the size, color, flavor, or whatever it is your heart desires in stock so we can exchange it for you!  Keep in mind, our inventory is constantly changing and our styles are sometimes limited.  Rest assured, we will work to find the best solution.  Keep in mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping (unless it was a shipping error on our end.)

International Shipping

All international orders are charged a flat rate of $29.99. Please keep in mind that it can take 5-7 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped. All international orders are final sale.
